Dear David,
As I shared on site as we opened the Aloft/Element, our investors expect us to execute our hotel projects within the financial projections established and your teams have played a large role in helping us deliver within the construction cost targets promised. It was a tremendous effort by the Concord and Kellogg & Kimsey teams to complete this amazing hotel on time so we could have a packed house for the week of the Super Bowl. Our hotel is a special part of this unique mixed-use project. Thank you for being a trusted business partner for Concord.
