Kellogg & Kimsey delivered the ground-up construction and associated sitework for this 160-key, 5-story Hyatt Place hotel for owner Concord Hospitality, located across from the St. Johns Town Center in Jacksonville's Southside. Constructed with block-and-plank, the 90,738-square-foot property sits on a 45-acre lakefront parcel along Lake Meadowbrook, capitalizing on the water views with an outdoor pool deck and bar overlooking the lake. Rounding out the hotel are 3,000 square feet of meeting space and a fitness center.
