Kellogg & Kimsey delivered the ground-up construction and associated sitework for this eight-story, 259-key Tru by Hilton, located adjacent to the Orange County Convention Center, the largest convention center in the United States. Built with block-and-plank construction across 113,471 square feet, the hotel opened as the largest Tru property in Hilton's entire system, a distinction it earned in one of the country's busiest tourism and convention markets, centrally positioned between Walt Disney World, SeaWorld, and Universal. This Orlando flagship brought Hilton's vibrant, value-driven midscale brand to a prime convention-corridor location.
