Kellogg & Kimsey delivered full preconstruction services, from concept through closeout, plus ground-up new construction and associated sitework for this 156-key, 6-story block-and-plank hotel. At 110,469 square feet, the custom property is built for the way people actually stay in Orlando: spacious suites give theme-park families room to spread out, many with in-room kitchenettes fully outfitted with stoves and appliances, while a full commercial kitchen anchors the property's dining and banquet service. Guests unwind at the outdoor pool and bar, gather on the amenity decks, and hold events in the banquet rooms. Sitting less than a mile from Orlando International Airport, the project also demanded strict adherence to FAA regulations and procedures throughout construction, a challenge our team managed from start to finish.
