Kellogg & Kimsey served as general contractor and construction manager for Ringling Square, a 5-story, 45,000-square-foot neoclassical mixed-use building in Sarasota. Designed by Denslow Sultana Design Group for developer Paradise Properties, the pre-cast structure rose on the site of the former AmSouth Bank building and is paired with an attached 83,000-square-foot, 5-level parking garage that keeps parking on-site. Inside, the build-out delivered multiple executive Class A offices along with reception areas, kitchens, break rooms, restrooms, and conference rooms, creating a polished, move-in-ready professional environment in the heart of Sarasota.
