Located in the rapidly growing St. Johns Town Center complex, The AC Hotel in Jacksonville, FL is a 4-story, wood-framed, 118 key, ground-up project. Construction involves 8" CMU bearing walls, interior bearing metal stud framing system and non-bearing metal stud partitions, doors, windows, pre-engineered wood roof trusses, and standing seam metal roofing. Upon completion, this hotel will feature the signature AC Lounge, an outdoor pool, fitness center, and 1400 sq ft of meeting space.
