Each 6-story, post-tension tower rises above a poured-concrete ground-level parking garage, and the community's 46 residences range from roughly 1,500 to 3,000 square feet as 2- and 3-bedroom units, each opening onto a covered patio or lanai. Totaling 445,800 square feet, the development pairs its towers with resort-style amenities including a large heated pool, spacious sun decks, a clubhouse, covered grilling areas, and a tennis court, set beside the Gasparilla Marina in one of Southwest Florida's premier boating and fishing destinations.
