Kellogg & Kimsey transformed a pre-existing mercantile building into Club 1246, a 3-story, 24,728-square-foot mixed-use property at the corner of Central Avenue and 13th Street in St. Petersburg's booming EDGE District. An adaptive reuse project, the renovation upgraded the structure to current code and delivered new finishes throughout, backed by all-new mechanical, plumbing, electrical, fire protection, and alarm systems. Today the property anchors a premium corner of the EDGE Collective development, offering office and retail space steps from Tropicana Field, and its tenants enjoy access to the rooftop pool, wellness facilities, and restaurant of the neighboring Moxy Hotel by Marriott, which Kellogg & Kimsey also built.
