Ground up new construction and associated site work for a 26,854 sq. ft. office building. The first floor features an 835 sq. ft. conference room with a connecting breakroom and an outside patio. Both floors incorporate management offices and smaller offices with unique collaboration spaces. The second floor utilizes almost a third of the space for an on-site fitness center, and men’s and women’s locker rooms. The 2-story building will be built with a steel structure using a composite concrete slab on deck over bar joists. The foundations are spread footings with a slab on grade. The exterior skin is metal stud framing clad in an Exterior Insulated Finish system.
