Kellogg & Kimsey provided construction management for the transformation of an existing office space into a high-end, 200-plus-seat Fleming's Prime Steakhouse & Wine Bar for Bloomin' Brands. The conversion demanded a complete gut of the office interior along with a redesigned exterior facade, turning a workplace into a fine-dining destination. The finished restaurant features a full commercial kitchen with dedicated back-of-house areas, an elegant front-of-house dining room, a full-service bar, private dining space, and new restrooms, delivering the polished environment the steakhouse brand is known for.
