Five-story, 96-key block and plank ground-up construction. This 56,643 sq. ft. project includes the demo of a smaller Hampton Inn heavily damaged by a tornado and rebuilding the new Hampton Inn & Suites. This project is being delivered with a design/build process in which Kellogg & Kimsey, Inc. contracted directly with the Architect and MEP Engineers to fast-track the project.
