Before the building could rise, the site called for extensive, buried debris removal to clear the way to go vertical. As a direct neighbor to Tampa International Airport, the project demanded strict adherence to FAA regulations and procedures throughout construction, and with aircraft noise in mind, the owner opted for upgraded STC-rated doors and windows, along with sound-dampening equipment designed around the outdoor air units.
