Kellogg & Kimsey served as general contractor and construction manager for this 54,500-square-foot, 3-story sanctuary and community center for Lakewood Ranch Baptist Church. Built with block-and-plank construction, the facility centers on the main worship space and pairs it with a full program of ministry and community amenities: 19 classrooms, a youth activity room, a gymnasium, a nursery, choir practice space, church offices, a bookstore, and a coffee shop, along with a dedicated children's learning center home to the church's Little Ranchers preschool. Outside, a covered entryway, landscaped courtyard, clock tower, and surface parking complete the campus, giving the growing Lakewood Ranch community a modern, multi-generational gathering place for worship, education, and fellowship.
