Kellogg & Kimsey built North Carolina's first Moxy hotel, a 47,356-square-foot, 115-key post-tension property on Biltmore Avenue in the heart of downtown Asheville. The hotel embraces the brand's playful, design-forward spirit with the iconic Bar Moxy doubling as check-in desk and social hub, a modern living-room lobby, and Wildwood Still, an independent rooftop bar and restaurant on the seventh floor with sweeping Blue Ridge Mountain views. Moxy Asheville connects to the existing Aloft Asheville Downtown, also constructed by Kellogg & Kimsey, forming a dual-brand offering: the hotels maintain separate lobbies and elevators while sharing amenities including the pool deck, fitness center, and meeting space.
