Kellogg & Kimsey delivered this 6-story, 163-key, ground-up hotel in 2024 in the heart of St. Petersburg's up-and-coming EDGE District. Built with poured-in-place concrete, the 96,000-square-foot property was designed for the city's hip, bustling energy, with custom interior design and unique private-branded restaurant and bar concepts throughout. The amenity package plays to the brand's social spirit: indoor and outdoor patios, a rooftop swimming pool, and a rooftop bar & restaurant overlooking the district. The Moxy anchors the EDGE Collective development alongside Club 1246, the adaptive reuse project Kellogg & Kimsey also completed next door.
