Kellogg & Kimsey delivered the ground-up construction of One Palm, a 10-story mixed-use tower anchoring downtown Sarasota at the corner of Ringling Boulevard and Palm Avenue. The building pairs 141 high-end residential apartments on its upper floors with a ground-level 7,479-square-foot restaurant, all sharing a parking structure with the adjacent Aloft Hotel, also built by K&K. Built on a zero-lot-line site on all four sides, the tower rises from a tight urban footprint to capture views of Sarasota's bayfront, while an elevated amenities deck crowns the project with a swimming pool and fitness center. With high-end finishes throughout its residences and a street-activating restaurant at its base, One Palm brings dense, walkable urban living to the heart of the city's arts district.
