Kellogg & Kimsey provided construction management and general construction for this ground-up P.F. Chang's at the corner of Osprey Avenue and Mound Street, the brand's first location in Sarasota. Replacing a former office building near the bayfront, the new restaurant was designed to handle serious volume, seating over 200 guests inside with nearly 70 more on the outdoor patio, where al fresco seating flows directly off the full-service bar. Soaring ceilings, open sight lines, and expansive windows fill the dining room with natural light, framed by striking architectural details in the ceiling and lighting design and high-end finishes throughout. Behind the scenes, a full commercial kitchen and back-of-house areas keep pace with one of the busiest dining rooms in downtown Sarasota.
