Kellogg & Kimsey delivered this 197-key, 5-story, ground-up Residence Inn by Marriott on Major Boulevard, just over a mile from Universal Orlando. The 141,132-square-foot hotel was built using block-and-plank construction and programmed as an extended-stay property, with suite-style guest rooms served by an outdoor swimming pool, a fitness center, a putting green, a business center, flexible meeting space, a 24-hour convenience and sundry market, and on-site parking. The project adds to Kellogg & Kimsey's extensive track record in the Central Florida hospitality market, one of the most active and competitive in the country.
