Kellogg & Kimsey, Inc provided construction management for an office space conversion into the a high end restaurant for the Bloomin’ Brands company in Sarasota, Florida. The 200+ seat Roy’s Hawaiian Fusion restaurant required a complete gut of the existing office space and exterior facade design. The new restaurant space features a commercial kitchen and BOH areas, restrooms, in addition to FOH dining room, a full service bar and private dining space.
