Kellogg & Kimsey, Inc. provided construction management for a 2-story building and interior build-out of the 85,000 sq. ft. upscale retail department store. This was the first ground up store for Sak's in 10 years, and Kellogg & Kimsey, Inc. was tasked with numerous design changes through the construction project on the new prototype design. The interiors involved multiple different department layouts, fitting, rooms, storage and employee offices, and a break room. The building features high-end finishes and unique lighting with architectural statements on the exterior facade.
