Kellogg & Kimsey completed a 46,000-square-foot warehouse and manufacturing addition for Scentsational Candles, expanding the candle manufacturer's existing production facility. The scope included a four-acre sitework package with demolition and clearing, construction of the building pad, stormwater system rework and additions, underground fire lines, a TPO roof, a design-build fire alarm system, a heavy-duty traffic road extension, and a commercial loading ramp with dock and roll-up doors.
