Project Description.

Kellogg & Kimsey provided construction management for the new 30,000 square-foot, ground-up clubhouse at The Concession Golf Club, the acclaimed private club named for one of golf's most famous acts of sportsmanship: Jack Nicklaus conceding the final putt to Tony Jacklin at the 1969 Ryder Cup. Serving a championship course designed by Nicklaus himself, the clubhouse gives members a home worthy of the club's pedigree, with a golf pro shop, high-end locker rooms, a lounge and bar, indoor and outdoor dining, and banquet space for large social events. Behind the scenes, a full-service commercial kitchen, back-of-house stations, and dedicated staff spaces keep the club's dining and event operations running at the same standard as everything else on the property.
