Kellogg & Kimsey delivered the ground-up construction and associated sitework for The Salvador, a 13-story luxury condominium tower rising in the heart of downtown St. Petersburg's Arts and Innovation District, a block from the Dali Museum that inspired its name. Built with post-tension concrete and steel-and-deck construction, the tower houses 74 residences whose artful design draws directly from the work of Salvador Dali, along with 3,500 square feet of ground-floor retail lease space. A two-story parking deck anchors the base, while a third-floor amenities deck crowns the podium with a resort-style pool, fitness center, and club room. As the first green-certified condominium tower built in downtown St. Petersburg, The Salvador brought both sustainability and artistic ambition to one of Florida's fastest-growing and most culturally rich downtowns.
