Kellogg & Kimsey, Inc., provided construction management for a 2-story building and interior build-out of the 85,000 sq. ft. upscale retail department store. This was the first ground up store for Sak’s in 10 years and Kellogg & Kimsey, Inc was tasked with numerous design changes through the construction project on the new prototype design.

The interior work included multiple departments, consisting of footwear, jewelry, handbags & accessories, fitting rooms, secured storage areas, a restaurant, and tie-in to existing mall structure. The building features high end finishes and unique lighting with architectural statements beyond the imagination.
